Well, Joel spent another weekend at the boat while I was finishing my last two papers and finals for summer semester. Now, I’m done with school for 2 months, and Joel finished applying a coat of resin to the hull, glassing the rudder, and faring the keel. Wednesday, we’re both off of work, and the weather’s supposed to be beautiful: 81 degrees, sunny and clear. Everybody knows what this means: Emily gets to go to Dairy King in Breese again! OK, so that’s only a minor part of it; we’re going to start applying barrier coat to the hull!!!!! So stay tuned, because Joel, Bob, and Emily are going back to the boat come Wednesday, so more pics will soon follow. Here are some that Joel took this weekend.
